Does anyone have any tips on potty training a child with intellectual and physical disabilities that is nonverbal?  We have not yet attempted at age 6, and really want to try!  Any advice is greatly appreciated :-)

We are far away from being able to potty train I think, but had some therapists recommend like a bracelet or something my son could wear that he could tug at to tell us that he needed to go - the only problem is my son also has difficulties using his hands so he could never accurately grab or point or reach for something on his body
