What was the most positive or supportive thing anyone said to you after your child’s diagnosis?

The first time my friend’s husband met my (then baby) son, who has Down’s Syndrome, he simply said: ‘I haven’t had a hold of him yet. Will he come to me?’, just like he would have with any other baby. It helped us to feel accepted. What is the most positive or supportive thing anyone said to you after your child’s diagnosis

That’s actually a harder question than all the things people have said that have made me feel bad.  In fact I’m trying really hard and I’m not sure (Short of my mother) that anyone has ever said anything all that supportive about my child’s diagnosis.  Certainly if someone had it would have stuck out in my mind -
