Would you be interested in being interviewed to discuss how your urinary continence affects your ability to participate in activities or hobbies that are meaningful to you?

I’m Alissandra and an MSc Occupational Therapy student at Leeds Beckett University. I’m researching how hobbies and activities are affected by the continence needs of female wheelchair users.

It doesn’t matter how you manage your urinary continence, as long as you use something to manage urination which isn’t using a toilet (whilst out in the community).

The interview will last for 45 minutes to an hour and will be via Skype or telephone call, so you can choose where to be interviewed. If a phone call, I will cover the cost of this.

A copy of the interview questions will be sent to you beforehand, so you can be aware what you will be asked to help you decide whether you want to take part.

If you are interested in taking part or have any more questions about the interview, please email me on:
